At Jordan Construction Group we have over 15 years experience specialising in the development of single unit family homes, luxury apartments and commercial properties. All of our developments are carried out by our in house construction teams and sub contractors, where necessary, are registered members of the Federation of Master Builders and the NHBC.

New build projects are overseen by a dedicated team of project manager, architect, structual engineer and local authority building control.

We are constantly seeking property development opportunities to offer to our investment consortium. Prospective developments that we consider include brownfield sites requiring complete service installations and lengthy planning applications, through to ready-to-build off-plan projects.

Each development opportunity is carefully evaluated against our investment criteria and, once approved by our consortium, a new corporate vehicle is established for the life of the development ensuring total commitment to the point of sale for our investors and partners alike.
